- The email address you sign in with
- The project name, and the step where something went wrong
- What you expected and what happened, with a screenshot if you have one
Never send passwords or sign-in codes. We will never ask for them.
Help with Launchable in ChatGPT

01Connecting Launchable to ChatGPT
Add Launchable from the ChatGPT plugin directory, sign in with your Launchable account and choose Allow. Signing in for the first time creates your account.
02“Reconnect Launchable to continue”
ChatGPT’s access to your account ended or needs a new permission. Connect Launchable again from your plugins in ChatGPT and sign in.
03Not enough credits
Launchable tells you how many credits the film needs and how many your account has. Credits are managed in your Launchable account at app.launchable.video.
04A film did not finish
Its credits are refunded automatically. Ask to generate the film again, or write to us with the project name.
05Disconnecting ChatGPT
Open your plugins in ChatGPT, select Launchable and disconnect it. Your projects stay in your Launchable account.
06Your data
To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email hello@launchable.video from the address you sign in with.

Can Launchable see my ChatGPT conversations?
No. Launchable only receives what ChatGPT sends to it when you ask it to do something, such as your launch description or the script you chose.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@launchable.video from the address you sign in with. We delete the account and its projects within 30 days.
