Launchable in ChatGPT
Launchable in ChatGPT
Launchable in ChatGPT lets you make a motion-designed launch film without leaving the conversation: describe your launch or share your website, answer a short brief, pick a script, a style and a voice, review the storyboard and approve the film. It works with your existing Launchable account.
What you can do
01Start a launch
Describe what you are launching, share your website or paste a finished script. Launchable captures your logo, colours and fonts from your site.
02Brief and scripts
Answer four short questions and Launchable writes two script options, A and B. Pick one, edit it or use your own words.
03Style and voice
Choose Corporate, Modern SaaS or Bold, a narrator voice in English or French, and how the voice says your brand name.
04Storyboard review
See every frame with its line and its motion design. Swap a frame’s motion or ask for a change in your own words.
05Your film
Check how many credits the film uses, approve it and watch the film in the conversation when it is ready.
06Sidebar, launch board and settings
Open Launchable from the sidebar to see your launches and browse the motion marketplace, follow a project beside the chat, and save your film defaults in Launchable’s settings.
Connect your account
- Find Launchable in the ChatGPT plugin directory and add it.
- Sign in with your Launchable account: an email code or Google, or ChatGPT where it is offered. Signing in for the first time creates your account.
- Check the access Launchable asks for and choose Allow. The screen shows which app is asking and where the access is sent.
- Answer the short setup questions so your films use your language, length and style by default. You can skip them.
Access you grant
Launchable asks for two permissions, together, when you connect. It does not ask for access to your ChatGPT conversations, files or OpenAI account.
launchable:read

launchable:write

Data Launchable uses
Launchable answers the requests made in your conversation. These are the kinds of information that go each way.

What ChatGPT sends to Launchable
- What you ask Launchable to do: launch descriptions, website addresses, brief answers, script text, your choices of script, style, voice and motion, change requests and film defaults
- Which Launchable account the request is for, through the sign-in you approved
Launchable does not receive your ChatGPT conversation history, your files or your OpenAI password. ChatGPT may attach technical details such as your locale or approximate location to a request; Launchable does not use or store them.
The privacy policy covers how long Launchable keeps data and who processes it.
Credits
Films use credits from your existing Launchable account, at the same price as in the Launchable app. ChatGPT asks for your approval before a film spends credits, and credits are refunded automatically if production fails. Launchable never sells plans or credits in ChatGPT: credits are managed in your Launchable account.
Disconnect Launchable
- In ChatGPT, open your plugins, select Launchable and disconnect or remove it.
- ChatGPT then stops sending requests to Launchable. Any access ChatGPT still holds expires on its own: sign-in tokens last at most one hour, and a connection that goes unused for 30 days ends.
- To end every ChatGPT connection to your account at once, email hello@launchable.video from the address you sign in with.
- Disconnecting does not delete anything. Your projects and films stay in your Launchable account at app.launchable.video.
Frequently asked questions
Does Launchable cost more in ChatGPT?
No. A film uses the same credits as in the Launchable app, and there are no ChatGPT fees from Launchable.
Can I buy credits in ChatGPT?
No. Launchable in ChatGPT only spends credits already in your Launchable account, after you approve the cost. Credits are managed in your Launchable account.
What happens if a film fails?
Its credits are refunded to your Launchable account automatically.
Who can watch my film?

No. Launchable makes new launch films from your brief, your script and your brand. It does not edit footage you already have.
