# Product launch video maker

A product launch video is a short film, usually 30 to 60 seconds, that introduces a new product: the problem it solves, how it works and why it matters. Launchable is an AI launch video platform that turns a description of your launch, or your website, into a motion-designed launch film in your brand.

## Why launch videos are hard to get right

- A good one needs a script, a storyboard, motion design and a voiceover, which is four different skills.
- Agencies take weeks and several rounds of feedback, often longer than the launch itself.
- Template tools look like templates, and generated video rarely has the polish of real motion design.

## How Launchable makes your product launch video

### From launch notes to script

Describe the launch and answer a four-question brief. Launchable proposes two scripts built around the problem, the benefits and the features behind them.

### Motion picked line by line

Motif chooses a human-made motion for every line of the script, so each beat has a scene designed for it.

### Your brand on every frame

Logo, colours, typography and product screens come from your website and are applied to each motion.

### A storyboard you control

Review every frame, swap motions and request changes before the film is assembled.

### Voiceover in English or French

Choose a voice and set the pronunciation of your brand name.

### Ready for launch day

A 16:9 film of 30 to 60 seconds for your site, your launch post and your social channels.

## How it works

1. **Describe your launch.** Write what you are launching: a product, a feature, an app or an event. Add your website and Launchable reads your brand: logo, colours, fonts and screenshots. You can also attach screens, a logo or video, add references from the web, or import from Figma.
2. **Answer the brief.** Four short questions: the core problem your customer has, the problems underneath it, up to three benefits with the features behind them, and optionally the process you want to show.
3. **Pick your script.** Launchable writes two script proposals from your brief. Pick one, edit it line by line, or paste your own words.
4. **Choose a style and a voice.** Choose a visual direction and a voiceover voice. Add how your brand name is pronounced so the voice says it right.
5. **Review the storyboard.** Motif, Launchable’s motion director, picks a human-made motion from the marketplace for every line of your script and adapts it to your brand: your words, your colours, your logo. Swap any motion or ask for a change, frame by frame.
6. **Get your film.** Approve the storyboard and Launchable assembles the film: 30 to 60 seconds, 16:9, with voiceover, in English or French.

## Who is it for?

- **Startup founders:** Launching a first product and need a film that looks funded.
- **Product marketers:** Need a launch asset without briefing an agency.
- **SaaS teams:** Launching a new product line or a rebrand.
- **Agencies:** Produce launch films for clients faster.

## Example

## Frequently asked questions

### How long should a product launch video be?

Between 30 and 60 seconds works best for launch pages and social posts. Launchable films are 30 to 60 seconds long.

### What should a product launch video include?

The problem your customer has, your product as the answer, two or three benefits with the features behind them, and a clear call to action. Launchable’s brief asks for exactly these.

### Do I need assets to make a launch video with Launchable?

No. A description is enough. Adding your website lets Launchable use your logo, colours, fonts and screens.

### Can I edit the launch video?

Yes. You edit the script and review a storyboard where you can swap any motion or change a single frame before the film is made.
